Monitoring of indicators, including accumulated results
Total customization of the calculations
Allows the use of the BSC methodology
The ISO 9001:2008 standard does not define which indicators are mandatory, but requires them to measure and monitore the customer satisfaction, the internal audits and the processes. The terms "measuring and monitoring" does not imply specifically the use of graphic indicators (they can be made by monthly reports, for example). If your company chooses for monitoring with indicators, the FLAG can make this more practical work, automatically alerting when there are delays or goals not achieved as well as having an optimized screen for presentation at meetings and enable indicators to be created for all processes areas or business units.
If not reached the goal on the indicator, you should review and, if necessary, may open a nonconformity, according to what was defined by the procedures of the company. The FLAG alert those responsible when goals are not reached and permits the registration of the analysis in the indicator itself, or open a nonconformity.
It is common to employees do not remember to record the results of performance indicators within the established deadlines. It is also common that the managers forget to do the necessary analysis. The FLAG reduces the chances of that to occur, automatically warning those responsible and managers by e-mail.
