PEOPLE automatically identify which competences are required for each contributor and groups them by competence, facilitating training planning.
PEOPLE informs which employees need each training, allows scheduling with local and date and sends the invitation to the marked collaborators. At the end of the training, the system presents an effectiveness survey of the training and updates the employee's register automatically, in addition to organizing the attendance lists.
